Usually by the term "hardgainer" is meant someone that has difficulty to put mass though working hard with weights. Muscle growth is a scientific topic and so a little bit of study is required, but this shouldn't scary us :o) as is just learning the basic principles and therefore working with them. What about muscle growth ? What about turning fat into muscles ? what about basic principles behind muscle structure and working ?
